At the perfecting touch up session, we can fix patches, go darker, fill in anything that we both didn’t see from the previous session, even the brows out, go thicker etc. Once brows are healed, its much easier to add/fix. Healing process is something we can’t control, so this is what a touch up is for; to fix anything that didn’t heal to your satisfaction or improve more if possible (recommended). Everyone heals differently so not everyone needs a touch up. Some may need 1, some 2, and some clients zero.

(If you have special needs and require more time, please give us advance notice so we can fit you in at the end of our shift so we can have more time, only if it’s possible to accommodate on our end). Each appointment has a time limit that we save and it’s more than enough to complete the procedure and double check (for 99% of clients), but if that’s not enough time for you, we will still stop on time and you will have to pay a separate fee to do a touch up to continue (may need more than one touch up). We will NOT do everything that our client request if it doesn’t align with the quality of our work and protecting the integrity of our client’s skin. Results will always be a huge improvement, but never 100% perfect. Or in some cases, clients can’t make a decision and need to call everyone for opinions, that time will be counted toward your appointment while we are waiting for the phone calls or conversation. We usually have more appointments after so we can’t wait for a long time to make a decision. The time saved is already more than enough, and most appointments, we have extra time unless clients become too picky on tiny details or indecisive.
*clients must be 18 or older and has a valid ID*
**We reserve all rights to refuse service at any time for any reason to all past clients, current clients, or new clients, even incomplete work if it becomes too difficult to accommodate.
**All payments are non-refundable! NO full or partial refunds! No free session! Each session is a separate fee!
✨Brows: What to expect during healing (roughly estimate 14 days time frame)(for lips or lash liner, this info will be emailed to you after you book or you can request anytime)
•Day 1: maybe a little red and swollen, brows can look uneven
•Day 2-7 brows are darker and thicker
•Day 5-7 scabs start to form, shrink, and shed off
•day 7-10 blotchy (make up on brows is ok, wash face and shower normal, DON’T pick the scabs!)
•day 11-14 brows look very light
•day 21-28 final results (start scheduling the 4-12 weeks touch up )
💗Brows Cosmetic Tattoo Post-Procedure Instructions (for lips or lash liner, it will be emailed to you after you book or you can request it anytime)
-Color may appear darker (sometimes reddish) immediately following the procedure. Pigments usually scabs after 3-7 days, up to 14 days. Do NOT pick, pull, rub the scabs. It takes up to 14 days to complete the healing process. As the healing processes, colors will soften to its true color.
-After procedure, it is natural for swelling and redness to occur, which can make shape and color slightly uneven. Redness and swelling usually go away in one day.
-NO makeup on procedure area for 7 days. No cleanser or harsh products on procedure area for 7 days.
-It is normal for colors to fade up to 60% after first week. First touch up is always recommended to adjust/add anything needed after first session (4-12 weeks)
-Do NOT soak treated area in a hot tub or swimming pool for at least 14 days. (Chlorine, exfoliate creams, and exposure to the sun will cause color to fade). Swimming pool may cause infections!
-Avoid working out for 7 days, sweating may cause results to heal blotchy. Avoid touching treated area to prevent infection unless it’s time to apply ointment (use a clean q-tip to apply small amount of ointment).
-For the first 7 days, to ensure the hair-strokes heal as thin as possible and brows retain more, avoid activities that cause sweating, avoid direct water hitting your brows in the shower, and avoid anything that add more excessive moisture to your brows. No sweating/exercising for 7 days.
-About one- two hours after procedure, quickly rinse brows with cool water to wash off the lymphatic fluid and dab dry with a clean paper towel immediately, wait for brows to dry for a minute then apply ointment.
-Day 1: after one-two hours, rinse is mandatory and apply a thin layer of healing ointment! The rest of the week ointment is optional, but rinse once daily is a must. If brows are itchy, dry, tight, oily, etc. quick rinse once a day and apply thin layer of ointment. If you have plans and don’t want to have shiny ointment on brows, it’s ok to skip ointment but please keep procedure area clean (don’t touch it). Ointment is mandatory the first day only!
-Clients with oily skin, it’s ok to use clean paper towel to gently dab oil on brows to absorb the oil. If you are dabbing oil throughout the day, you do NOT need to apply ointment on day 2 or after.
•••Failure to follow post-procedure instructions may cause loss of pigment, discoloration, and/or infection! Please keep procedure area clean during the healing process and no makeup or products on it except the healing ointment provided by your technician••
